Headstone of my great, great grandfather, Robert WARD. Inscription reads: In memory of Robert Ward died Dec. 24, 1835 aged 49 years. Also his wife Emetine died August 18, 1868, aged 78 yrs. The stone was broken off under the next line which is hard to read the first word: "________ the body to be"... |
